Another “Hitting to all fields”

I saw a woman driving a Cub Cadet to get the mail from her mailbox.

Muhammad Ali trained for the Sonny Liston fight just a few miles from here and lived “off and on” for a year in a place just around the corner from my house. How did I not know this and why is there no statue, plaque, or memorial recognizing this? In Madrid they’d have a statue and a subway stop named after him!

I expect a personal apology from the creators of Springfield’s new “Maker Space”; I went expecting to spend 45 minutes and instead stayed for 5 hours. Jerks.

The Springfield Thunderbirds is a name only a 6 year old would love with no connection to the city’s past, present, or future, but if that’s what the name is going to be…Go Thunderbirds!

I wonder who is more to blame, the person honking their horn at 5:30 a.m. on a Sunday trying to get the attention of the person they’re supposed to pick up, or the person who knows they’re being picked at 5:30 a.m. on a Sunday and isn’t ready on time?

Service needs to improve at any restaurant where your daughter spills an entire glass of water on the table and the waitress doesn’t even remove the stack of wet napkins from the center of the table when you’ve kind of finished wiping it up.

Every point you made was spot on. Schools are the key here-safe schools where parents as well as the kids are made to feel welcome. You’re spot on. As you said, this city unique has an inventory of some of the most beautiful homes in America. The walk score could be higher, even in Maple Street I’m not sure you can buy all you produce, I’m not sure.
